Buying a home is the single largest investment that most people will ever make. Unfortunately Buyer often find themselves rushing to buy, do not have a dedicated agent who is working for their interests and have not really taken the time to truly analyze the market that they are buying in.
When I meet a prospective home purchaser the first piece of advice I always offer is: find a REALTOR who is a good fit for yourself and has the time, energy and intelligence to ensure that the decision that YOU ultimately make is the best one for you and your family. Wandering from one open house to another and deciding to purchase a home on first viewing it from the REALTOR hosting it is not the best course of action, in my opinion.
My advice to all buyers is find a REALTOR that you can trust and be loyal to. We are experts at what we do. We may not all be created equal and our personalities and methods differ greatly. But I can assure that a good working relationship built on trust and mutual respect combined with a thorough plan for action will always produce a superior result. Which is you being happy in your home and neighborhood.
The first question I ask all my Buyers is: how do you want to live your life? By taking a holistic approach to what is truly important to my Buyers in their day to day living I have experienced great success and have hundreds of happy clients.
